COMMENTED ISSUE: Crash when not initially visible in a multiview and in an update panel

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create an updatepanel with the content template surrounding everything
2. Create a mulitview with 2 or more views
3. Create a button which switches from one view to the other
4. Paste the example in the second view
5. Run the program and switch from the initial view, to the one with the mutually exclusive listboxes
6. Click add or remove
7. The following error occurs

An exception of type 'System.NullReferenceException' occurred in MutuallyExclusiveListboxesExtender.DLL but was not handled in user code

Additional information: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

I've attached default.aspx from your test program modifed to produce this error. This error occurs in visual studio 2005... I haven't had the time to test in 2008.

I just realized that there's a bit of code added to the CS file, so here's the whole VS2005 solution. You should just be able to run it, click the "Button" button, and then "add ->" and it should crash with the error above.
